[luau] Underclocking / Aluminum cases

Yeah, I'd never do it that way, I am always short of outlets. I keep
the cases closed up and save the desk fan for pointing at ME! <g>
I've noticed the interference when I realized I can't keep em on my
desk itself or it scrambles the monitor display.
