Hey Rodney,

Yep, it's how often or how long it takes to try and "fetch" mail again.  I
think you can set it using the  -d option.
Ex:
fetchmail -d 600
Where you can substitute 600 with however long you want it to wait before it
tries again.  Its time in seconds btw... just in case you're like me : )

Okay, I am using fetchmail, one more question, what is that polling
option? Is that how frequently it checks for new mail? Hmm maybe I'll
check out that pop plugin, that sounds cool!
