There are a lot of them out there.

Dempsey West Realty is one that tried, but failed to stiff
me for consulting. 

Do get up-from money and make them repeat back to you in
email that they understand your rate for consulting and or
scripting for their project.

I think we should have a list of these known offenders
posted some where on LUAU to.. "save us all from satan's
power".
