As someone who has been reading the list for about three years now I
think that open source software would be a good move. Thanks to Warren
for catching this problem. The list really is all you generous folks out
there who take the time to read the questions and reply. Regarding the
host, if UH can provide this service for free and indefinitely, then it
would be worth considering. Would a UH server still be available after
current staff has moved on?

Concerning the name, I like LUAU as seem appropriate for a Linux list.
Everybody brings something and there is plenty for all.  If the name is
to change, I would like to see it remain something Hawaiian. The name is
far less important to me than the people who contribute to our
collective knowledge base.
