Mailing List Capacity Reached! CRAP!

Of course there is always the name HULA - Hawaii Unix and Linux
Anonymous. 

Let's change the name. Let's create a new charter that says the mailing
list serves any Hawaii Unix/Linux User Group in the Hawaiian Islands.
