[luau] Problems with Red Hat 7.1 install

re: It sounds like you did not put it in the MBR, but
rather in the boot partition of your linux install.
If this is the case, the MBR does not know that linux
exists and just goes into XP.
That sounds right. However, I don't believe I was
prompted where to install the bootloader. I didn't
watch every message during installation but if there
was a prompt, presumably install would have waited
until the prompt was satisifed.
Based on the feedback so far, it looks like some
screwy stuff is going on between the video card, the
machine itself, and Redhat 7.1 so I probably need to
get a more recent version of Redhat or some other
Linux.
re: Feel free to bring the box by tomorrow and we can
mess with it. Or, if you just want a newer CD and
have no burner, let me know and I'll make one for you.
