[luau] OT: windows 2000 networking

Hi Rodney,

Make sure that 'Client for Microsoft Networking' is installed and bound to the TCP/IP 
protocol (assuming you want them to see each other via TCP/IP) This is the most 
frequent problem that I have seen with 2000 on an existing network.

Ascertain that each machine can ping the other. If so, you are almost certainly 
dealing with a network configuration problem. If the "simple" solution above does not 
work contact me off-list and I can help you troubleshoot the problem.
