So suppose you R & R the hard drive, and then send the old disk with
software to M$ for Xmas. That way, they get their install of software
back. Since the software is still installed on the originally intended
device, have you met the letter of the law??? Also, how does this policy
jive with upgrades? It seems to me that you should start with a clean
hard drive for each upgrade/install to prevent subsequent troubles.
