[luau] UH ITS Job

An IT friend of mine who moved here a while back tried to get a position
at UH, but was turned down because he didn't have a degree. It was kind
of ironic, because it was pretty much the exact same job he'd been doing
for a different university back home, and he'd moved to Hawaii hoping
they'd be less strict about requireing people to have degrees.
But hey, it's worth a try. Could depend a lot on who the interviewer is.
