Live Auction is being  Cancelled/Possibly Postponed by the client!

The Auction originally scheduled for April 27, next Saturday, has been
cancelled/postponed...as with any company/asset sale/auction, the whole
set  of assets are available for prior sale...and in this case an
aggregate sale  to another company has been funded and the auction is
off, at least for  now. The story you guys did was awesome! And helped a
lot I'm sure! If you  would like to do a follow up interview at my Bishop
Street office you are  more than welcome...there is still a huge story
here...the auction client  donated a huge bank (15 racks of 16 servers
each including another rack  with the switch/hub) from the server farm to
University of Hawaii and a  private citizen purchased (with help from our
auction client with a  discounted price) another bank of servers and two
800 gigabyte raid hard  disk arrays and made them available as a donated
them to Brigham Young  University in Laie! Also, FYI, hundreds of
servers, mac and PC computers,  pieces of furniture, Video editing
suites/systems, monitors, storage  solutions, etc. have been purchased by
the public at a well publicized  Internet auction that was held on the
web. The only event being
cancelled/postponed is the physical "on-site" live auction on April 27th,
2002.

THE GOOD news: the asset base may be used by another company here in
Hawaii  and our auction client has left a great legacy of getting
millions of  dollars worth of furniture, fixtures and equipment to local
businesses and  individuals for pennies on the dollar and donations of
millions of dollars  worth of high-tech computer systems were facilitated
to local educational  institutions.

THE GREAT news is we may get the entire objective reached without the
incredible feat of the Live Auction!

Although the efforts that are now going into cancelling the media buys
and  informing all the pre-registered bidders and interested parties may
be just  as large a task as the auction may have been! It's going to be
difficult to  explain that the Auction as originally planned is cancelled
and that the  remaining items after the close of the pending deal for an
aggregate sale  may be auctioned-off at a later day as a postponement of
the April 27th  auction.
