[luau] interrupt list in /proc/stat file

Oh yeah, 2nd question, where do people find info on stuff like this?  I
generally go through a lot of books and web searches for linux system
stuff like this, stuff that doesn't seem like it should be all that
esoteric, but for some reason is.
