That's a hard one, but I would say the Debian ISO's for woody when they 
come out.  I know a beta is available now.
Free BSD as it comes along
Vector 2.5  very good little Linux distribution that I have contributed 
my button menu system to.
ELX  - I believe RC-2 is pretty good.
Darwin from Macintosh.  I don't know anything about it but would like to 
try it.  I'm going to Colorado in a few weeks and won't be back until 
November so I won't be much affected one way or the other.
