[luau] Want Mirrors?

Now with the increased hard drive capacity, we can add a few more mirrors.
Scott and George have first dibs on choices provided they don't eat all
available space.  Latest versions of distributions only, though updates for
the last 2-3 versions are acceptable.  If we have additional space we can
put miscellaneous ISO's of other distributions too.

Red Hat Skipjack beta 2 currently mirroring.
