ACT&T is VERY HARD TO FIND so pay attention.
ACT&T is way in the back near the ocean.  Don't drive into the car
dealership.  Wrong way.  Drive into the large parking lot and keep along the
right, down teeny-tiny driveways, past several hidden buildings that you
didn't know were there until you drive all the way back.  When you are about
to drive into the ocean if it weren't for a fence you are there.  Look up to
the second floor.
