Hosting and DNS services

I only have a very minimum need for a virtual hosting service (basically
to store files and have a couple of personal e-mail addresses), there is
no need, at least at the present time, to go through all the trouble of
setting one.

Regarding "own colo-facility", my thought is, because it has a
relatively low technology hurdle, there is not much business potential.
One option is to have a co-op type colo, and when it gets to a certain
size and operational stability, then it can become commercial. Another
possibility is to set up a colo to serve non-profit organizations. Not
that this is a noble thing to do, but there are available funds to build
the facility and pay the operator(s).

BTW, you have quite an interesting cyber shop on sandust.com. :-) Just
one quick question, does your automatic clock work in Hawaii (i.e.,
outside the continental 48)? I am interested in getting one if it does.

I don't know of any good facilities on the island. You might check with Pihana, but I have no clue how expensive they are, but they have a descent facility.
