Partitioning *nix

One of the biggest differences between Linux and Winx, as far as
desktops are concerned, is that you can put the /home "folder" in a
separate partition in Linux and the user will not notice any inconvenience.

In Winx, where the home folder sits in the C driver, because we are
always constantly adding new things into the home folder, file
fragmentation will always be a big problem.
This can cause frequent crashes and severe degradation in performance.
