3rd party apps which secure MS Windows - such a thing?

What's the point in doing that? just take out the hard drive, or
take the whole laptop..

Anyway, BIOS passwords are easily reset, and have defaults in most
cases.. used to have a list of default vendor overrides around here
somewhere hm..
