sendmail on RedHat 7.2

I can receive mail but I can't send mail from a pop client such as outlook 
express
I just learned to fool around with the sendmail.cf and sendmail.mc files.
If anyone has any thing they can tell me please post a message or e-mail me 
@ ryuhei at ryuhei.myip.org (the server that can't send a mail with a client)
