"A 60-day public comment period will open after the proposed judgment is
published in The New York Times, The Washington Post and the San Jose
Mercury News no later than Nov. 15. In order to ensure broad public
exposure, the notices will appear in those publications seven times in two
weeks, and the public can submit written comments to a designated official
in the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, the order said."
