Honolulu Ranks No. 1 In Nation’s First Digital Cities Survey

The Aloha State is making waves in the e-government arena. Hawaii’s capitol
city, Honolulu, was just ranked No. 1 in the nation’s first study on digital
technology in city government, the Digital Cities Survey. Conducted by the
Center for Digital Government and Government Technology magazine, the survey
examined how well cities are using information technology to deliver
services to their citizens.
