Can someone help me with an e-mail problem?

Can someone take a look at this and give me suggestions about what is
going on?  This has happened several times and I don't know the new
phone numbers for these friends and the server (sina.com) is in China. 
I don't feel my Chinese computer terms are quite up to the level needed
to e-mail the system administrator.  Actually, my vocab is probably OK
to e-mail him, but it is very likely I wouldn't understand his reply as
those words are not in any dictionary.  Thanks very much,
