Hm, I swore I remember ATM somewhere.

Gee, the Bronze and Silver is no better than an analog modem.  Seems like
these DSLAM's are using Frame Relay.  Is anyone using ATM?  There wouldn't
be all these problems if they used ATM instead.  Assuming they're not
using Best Effort traffic parameters.
