I would love to help. I am currently getting all my old 486's ready to be
the terminals and trying to find a box good enough to be the server.

Ah, excellent! We are are implementing 50 of these thin clients at
Mid-Pacific Institute. Our plan was to complete this project then
demonstrate it to the HAIS (Hawaii Association of Independent Schools) and
DOE so that all other schools can learn about this capability. It is
rather alarming to hear about Windows Terminal Server advocacy among some
DOE schools, so we must accelerate our plans to show the Open Source
solution.

Would you be able to work with us to exchange technical ideas and implement
this at our schools, then to help us present this to the rest of the state?

How far are you on this project?
