Your gateway is probably set wrong then. But it may also be a
DNS problem in disguise. Are you sure you can't ping outside
networks, or is it you can't lookup outside hosts? Try pinging
a known ip address like 204.202.128.140 (www.go.com). If it
is a gateway problem then you'll need to fix it somewhere, but I
dont' know where on SuSe. But to verify it's a gateway prob,
try
/sbin/route add default gw 192.168.0.1 (or whatever your gateway is)
