E-Book

What I am asking may be a little un-ethical, but I don't intend to do
anything illegal with the info.  I want a book in Microsoft e-book
format.  If I buy this legitimately, does anyone know of a website or
info for cracking it open?  I respect the author and have no intention
of distributing it, I just want to read it on my Linux only system. I
haven't found a Linux version of the MS E-Book reader.
