OT: G4 vs Pentium 4 Performance

More on G4 vs x86 performance...
I found this URL at Apple's site that shows that presentation at Mac World
where they showed the G4 beating the crap out of the Pentium 4.

They say an 80% performance difference in Adobe Photoshop in favor of the
G4.  It is interesting how they don't mention the Athlon in their
presentation.  Using those rough numbers from this presentation and the
Pentium 4 vs Athlon numbers at
http://www.xbitlabs.com/cpu/photoshop-platform/, it looks like a SINGLE
Athlon would compare favorably to the DUAL G4 in Adobe Photoshop.

Now make that two Athlon MP processors, and you would think the G4's
wouldn't stand a chance.
