Video in X

What video player are you using?  Whatever software it is, always check
their project homepage, FAQ, documentation then mailing list archives first.
If you can't find anything useful, then subscribe to their mailing list and
ask your question.  Ask the experts on their own software.  If it is open
source, then there are probably quite a few people on those mailing lists
that would know what to do.
