Apache

I have apache running on a home server. I use dns2go to have a domain
name. I can reach it no problem with computers on the same network, but if
I try to reach it with a computer off the network the browsing computer
gets a waiting for reply message, while the apache error_log says that the 
request came thru gave it a 200 responce. Any ideas? Im at work right now,
I'll post the logs later, just wondering if anyone had this problem
before.
