Belkin KVM and Scroll MIce

On occasion, while using a KVM I have had the mouse stop responding
correctly under X.  Generally what I've found helps is switching to
another console term (from withing X, thats Ctrl-Alt-F<2-6>) and then
switching back to X (Alt-F7 usually).  This seems to reset the mouse
driver under X.
