Belkin KVM and Scroll MIce

I have a OmniView SE 4-port. no OSD (as if it matters)

Okay, using XFree86 4.0.1 I can get the scroll wheel working on a Logitech
Marble Wheel.

My XF86Config-4 looks like:

ANd the scroll works. Good and well. WHen I witch to another channel, and
come back my scroll doesn't work.

Any ideas?
