Configuring a LINKSYS LNE100TX Network Card

That particular card uses the tulip driver.  There are a lot 
of ways of setting up networking, but the easiest on rh is
probably linuxconf.  So launch netconf and for the 
driver (or maybe it says module?) put tulip.o
