Yeah, you're right.  Off-list is needed, but that doesn't mean it has to be
offline.  A PHP voting page could be done.  As for members, this is a good
question.  Lets address this later.  These details are too nit-picky.  Lets
just get the group started for now.

Yes I believe there is great interest in learning about Linux.  I personally
can name 20 people that I know who are very interested, but I can't give
that much individual attention to each person.  Wouldn't it be better if we
could dedicate some of our time to helping a group of people get started?
Don't we WANT these people to use Linux?  Most people can't get started
without help.  SO HELP!

InstallFest Session volunteers needed.  I can assure you that this would not
be a waste of your time, and if we do a good job we'll have a few more Linux
users.
