Chinese OpenOffice

Oops.  This was supposed to be an internal Mid-Pac memo, and may be a little
confusing because it was not meant to be posted on LUAU.

Anyway, if any of you have gotten Chinese, Japanese or Korean character
input working in Linux... HELP!!!
