Incredible Llama Question

OK here's my llama question of the day (don't laugh too hard OK?)

Got a fresh install of RH running and I'm noticing an entry in the logs
about every ten minutes showing:

Sep 20 10:54:06 localhost inetd[14190]: auth/tcp: bind: Address already in use

(NOTE: named seems to be running fine, but is there something here trying
to restart it every 10 minutes?)

I suspected that it was a cron job of sorts but couldn't find where it was
being initiated. It doesn't appear to be causing any problems, but I'm
trying to find out what might be wrong or at least understand why it's
coming up. (sorry for my ignorance, I've been away for awhile and my LINUX
skills are rusty big-time)

Cool explanations welcome. Hints for where to learn more about how to
understand what the log is telling me here appreciated.
