Corel ATA/66

Anyone know how to install Corel Second ED on an ATA/66 western digital hard
drive? I have installed Mandrake 7.1 on the ATA/66 but can't get RR to work
with it. Plus I just like Corel Linux better. Any help or comments will be
greatly appreciated.
