Settings in Apache

I just upgraded my Red Hat 6.1 to 6.2 and seemed to have lost a lot of my
Apache settings. I've restored most or all the settings except this last
error when I start Apache.....

Starting httpd: Syntax error on line 423 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid command 'PerlHandler', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module
not included in the server configuration [FAILED]

This is what I have in my httpd.conf on line 423

<Location /perl>
     SetHandler perl-script
     PerlHandler Apache::Registry
     Options +ExecCGI
  </Location>

Does anyone have suggestions. Thanks for any help you give me.....
