[LUAU] Compile Problems

When I said shutdown.  I meant that it stopped compiling with errors.
It would stop compiling at random.  I was thinking that the chip I have is 
overrated.  I figure it must be that 2.4v setting.  Lowering the voltage to 
2.2v and 400MhZ did the trick.
