It is usually customary to summarize when doing announcements of new
mailing lists.  Even if there was a long discussion a few weeks ago.  In
any case, could you point me to where I can re-read that discussion?

Seems a lot of these are redundant.  How come webpage and docs is not
considered 'projects'?  Isn't organization part of the main list?  I guess
that thread you mentioned will probably answer these questions...
