[LUAU] meeting

I vote for keeping the LUAU meetings to 3rd Tuesdays.  My 2nd and 4th Tues
are dedicated elsewhere and all my Thursdays are dedicated to a different
elsewhere.  Wednesday is a day of recovery for me because I am on the road
by 0530 every weekday AM and I am not as young as I once was.
