[LUAU] KDE kicq

Steve, I install kde (I like it and it was a learning experience) and
downloaded kicq, but have been unable to install.  When I run
./configure I get an error that says QT1.42 is not installed and the
configure quits.  The program is installed.  How do I tell configure
that?  (I have looked at the configure script and I am not sure if I can
successfully modify it.  Thanks for your help.
