I disagree.  Obviously, you haven't seen 10 different people doing the
same thing, 10 different ways.  The point of having executive officers is
to get organized.  The point of getting organized is because it is not
possible for any one person to do it all.

The web voting system was setup because, at the June 15th meeting, it was
unanimously decided that an executive commitee be elected as soon as
possible to draft the structure.  It was obvious at the meeting that
having 30 people discuss the issues was not going to work.  The voting
system came about because of organization, not because someone just felt
like it.

Everything came together, as discussed at the meeting.  The only thing
holding us back is the acceptance of the nominations.  I only seen one
acceptance.  Is the lack of time the real problem, or is there something
deeper going on?
