Dan,
  I may sound like a "stick in the mud", but I still only use a text editor,
either Editpad in Win95 or Emacs in Linux.  It takes longer than with
dedicated HTML and/or WYSIWYG coding programs, but I learned HTML the "hard
way" and continue to hand-code my pages.  Of course, they aren't too
complicated.  :)
