I have been using the ODBC perl drivers under NT for a while, in
combination with the ARS Remedy module I have been able to automate hours,
days, weeks worth of work to cron jobs and at commands. I may look into
penguin and setup a perl proxy to round things out, has anyone worked with
penguin/perl before?
