[LUAU] Organization...

I'm willing to help with whatever I can do.  I'm no expert with linux, so
any documentation from me would probably be very light.  I can do html,
some graphics, or whatever else that needs to be done (so long as I know
how or can find out from someone).  Perhaps we should make a really big
TODO list.
