[LUAU] Problems with ncurses

I believe it is the xterm terminal info database which is the culprit.
If you notice when you use any ncurses application in your xterm, it
will clear the screen after you exit.  less is a good example I think,
since when you quit the viewer, the screen clears.  I don't think this
happens on my rxvts, but don't take my word for it--i don't use X often.
