I might be interested in it. Do you know what brand MB it is? There is a company called PowerLeap http://www.powerleap.com that sells upgrades for PPros called PL-PRO/II. I currently have 3 PPro systems using their upgrade. Two Dual PIII 730Mhz and one Celeron 766Mhz. They don't officialy support the Dual PIII, but it works better than the Celeron that they do support. Check out http://www.syn-packet.com/article.php?sid=248 for a report on how the upgrade works. Or if you just want to get rid of it I'll take it off your hands.
