We made great progress at getting organized.  We updated the wiki with all the info...it is at http://www.mplug.org/phpwiki/index.php?ITEC2001Planning

Here are the highlights....

We could still use help with the booth at any time anyone is willing to volunteer during the show on Wed and Thursday from 10 - 4 or for setup on Tuesday between 8 and 5.

    * We need 4 monitors for the show and 8 cat 5 cables. Bill will see if he can supply them.
    * We need 3 power strips.
    * Nic cards
    * Chairs
    * We need a sign up list
    * Warren will try and get 2 tables.
    * Deven will be able to setup late Tuesday afternoon. Anyone that could help, please let us know.  Warren may be able to help with setup on Tuesday also. We need to try and coordinate getting equipment to Deven before Tuesday.
    * Deven & Ho'ala are still going to sign up for shift time.
    * Dusty will revise a flyer and send to Warren for printing. We will list 3 upcoming meetings on the flyer.
    * Warren will make a meeting wiki so we can post up coming meetings.

    * Warren will supply 4 headless boxes - a server, 2 thin clients, windows client, and a 8 port hub
    * Deven is bringing a dual screen system
