noticed a "new" error message from Apache.... It is the 403</FONT></P>
<P STYLE="margin-bottom: 0in"><FONT FACE="Courier, monospace">error and
it says: "Forbidden: You don't have permission to access / on
this server. " I get this message when I try to go to

the file permissions, and nothing appears to have changed. </FONT>
