Break the Scarfo silence.  The government is determined to keep a lid on its new keyboard-tapping tech, but the courts, public and press need to know more.  Basically the FBI used a warrant to break into the guys office or house and install some keystroke recorder software without his knowledge so they could get his passphrase to a PGP encrypted file.
