I faxed in all the paperwork yesterday along with my credit card number.  Just called Daniel Davis this morning to make sure everything looked okay with the paperwork and that we were going to still be able to get the discounted price even though we are late.  She said everything looked good and she would give us the discounted price!

Here is what we paid for...
98.44 for forest green standard booth carpet
220.50 for 10 Amp/1000 Watt electric

We have collected $240 so far.  If anyone else would like to contribute at the final planning meeting that would be great.  I know a few people have said that they still want to contribute.
